about me

Hi, all! I’m Niara (pronounced “ny-air-uh,” not hard. promise!). I’m a 21 year old ENFJ, and I love the simplicity of life that pushes me to work harder + find the good in all the ups, downs and in-betweens of life. This is, in short, a lifestyle blog and platform for my photography. Welcome to my slice of the Internet community! I’m really happy you’re here.

As a junior at Ohio University, majoring in Political Science-Prelaw, when I grow up, I want to be a Public Interest attorney and travel the world, encouraging + empowering my fellow human peeps. Right now, I’m incredibly passionate about using my experiences to encourage and inspire others through my words and photography. It is my hope, that you find all those things here! Along with that, you can expect to find:

  • adventures (and the things we can learn from ’em)
  • beauty + fashion (simplicity in style, folks)
  • college + lifestyle
  • encouragement + inspiration
  • faith (you can read my testimony here)
  • photography portfolio

So you can get to know me a little better, here are some more of the simple things in life that give me crazy joy: Jesus, camping + backpacking, iced coffee, good beer, daisies, french fries (or potatoes in all forms), writing prose, reading long books, hiking + picking flowers as I climb mountains – and of course, authentic community.

I can’t wait to get to know you and grow with you though this platform, Reader – I hope to learn a lot of things about life together!

-Niara
